Builders, trades and architects are brilliant at the work and buried in the admin around it: quotes, invoices, timesheets, site photos, safety paperwork and tenders, spread across a dozen apps that don't talk to each other. It started when our founder was having his own house extended and his builder was emailing him at one in the morning, buried in paperwork. It was the Loft all over again, on every building site in the country.

We built Arqor so every job has one connected record. The photos from site, the quote, the invoice, the hours and the receipts all sit on the same job. Anyone working on site can scan a QR code and add photos with no account, and each photo carries its time, its place and its spot on the plan. Where AI helps, it drafts and a person approves. There are three versions, for trades, for building firms and for architects, plus SiteRecord for firms that only need photos and plans.

A platform that firms run their jobs on, and the clearest proof of how we work: we spent time inside a real business, then built what it needed. Unlimited site users are included on every plan.
