Where they were
Our client is a rapidly growing family construction firm, building everything from extensions to new-builds. On top of the admin of running multiple jobs, staff, quotes and accounts, the building trade carries strict, enforceable compliance — inspectors need geo-stamped photographic evidence before work can be signed off. (It started in Damon's own half-finished kitchen, when an inspector asked for time- and place-stamped photos as proof.)
What I did
After multiple consultations to properly understand the firm, we built SiteRecord — a user-friendly platform that captures time- and place-stamped evidence on site, keeps everything in one place, and is used by the owner, the staff and the building inspector alike.
The difference
The evidence is sorted before anyone asks for it, quotes and invoices come out of the same system, and the owner's work-life balance is drastically better. SiteRecord now lives and grows under the Arqor banner.
